Welcome to Veenew. By using Veenew, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using Veenew

Veenew lets you send and receive short messages called pings from people nearby.

You agree to:

• Use Veenew only for lawful purposes.
• Not post content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• Not use Veenew to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to Veenew or its systems.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

Your Content

You are responsible for the pings you post.

You retain responsibility for your content, but by posting a ping on Veenew, you give us permission to store, display, and process it as necessary to operate the service.

Pings are temporary and are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Moderation

We use automated moderation to help identify content that violates these Terms. We may remove content or restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or otherwise misuse Veenew.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. When you request deletion, your account and associated data will be completely deleted from our database within 7 days.

Availability

Veenew is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Veenew at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veenew and its operators are not responsible for losses, damages, or harm resulting from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Veenew after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
